Incremental Asset Production
This workshop will focus on strategies and business areas that have the greatest opportunity to squeeze additional production from your existing infrastructure. Typical opportunities are in the range of 5 to 15 percent incremental production.
Fast Concept Design
This workshop will look at the newest approach to fast concept selection through the use of standardized and modularized designs. We will present the experience of leading operators in applying technology to speed up investment decisions and concept selections by up to 50 percent. Whether you largely outsource these projects or do significant work in-house, this area can be a game-changer — reducing FEED time by up to 50 percent and cutting CAPEX as much as 30 percent.
