Norwegian Transparency Act Statement

The obligations under the Norwegian Transparency Act (Apenhetsloven) apply to the activities of Roxar Software Solutions AS, a Norwegian subsidiary of Aspen Technology, Inc. This report was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Transparency Act and covers Roxar’s fiscal years ended September 30, 2022 (FY 2022) and September 30, 2023 (FY 2023).


Gender Equality Index

Every company with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index by March 1 of each year. Our 2023 Gender Equality Index for Aspen Technology/Paradigm France is 80/100The index is calculated on the basis of 5 indicators, the results of which are as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 35
  • Indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: 25
  • Indicator relating to the % of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15
  • Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5


Fraudulent Recruiting Activities Disclaimer

AspenTech has become aware that false and fraudulent job opportunities have been circulated on the internet, and that individuals have been contacted and in some instances interviewed by persons who falsely represent that they are AspenTech recruiters.

AspenTech conducts its recruitment process by phone, email (using only @aspentech.com email addresses), Microsoft Teams meetings and in-person meetings. AspenTech does not ask for credit card, banking or other financial information of any kind, or for any form of payment, during the interview process. AspenTech will never ask for personal information such as a driver’s license number, social security number or passport number during the interview process, as this information is not needed until later in the hiring process.
